As first-time home buyers, we were so confused and apprehensive about making our first huge purchase. But Trevor has made this experience the best possible for us. He is so patient and professional and understood exactly what would work best for us. He has never ever been pushy or in a hurry to close. The background work he does is amazing! He has a keen eye on every corner of a house and would make sure he specifies everything good/ bad to us. He’s more than just our Realtor®, a well-wisher, and most of all a good friend. We’ve known most Realtor® who are done with their job on closing which is the norm. But Trevor, even after 7 months, keeps in touch with us and helped with home stuff- like the insurance and handymen suggestions through his network. Oh, and how can I not mention his response speeds. Be it 7 am or 11 pm he’s never failed to surprise us with his response times. So quick and always available! We’re not big on writing reviews. In fact, this is our second review in our lives and we can’t be happier. Tall, talented, and terrific Trevor for the best Realtor® in the Seattle area! He definitely is our only suggestion for our family and friends. Thanks a lot again Trevor for helping us find our paradise.

Buying a house is a journey. It is probably one of the biggest purchases most individuals can make (I can say, I have never seen so many zeros when buying something). I don’t think anyone else would have been able to handle my personality. I need to understand every detail and push back if needed, and Trevor did an excellent job finding answers and breaking things down for me and my wife. I don’t leave many reviews for things because I can’t recommend many organizations, but I cannot keep this guy for myself! If you want someone that is patient, knowledgeable, and available to answer all your questions, stop reading this and call Trevor!

I was going through a difficult time in my life, many changes, and also dealing with the covid protocol was a bit daunting. The market was slim pickings and inflated. Trevor stayed positive and diligent, he listened to my needs and also gave me other ideas to think about. He was always prepared during viewings and quick to find answers if need be. I never felt pressure but the opposite, like he really cared that I got the right place. We did find the right place and more!
